Julianna Vega

Julianna Vega was born in Cuba, and almost nothing about her early life there has made it into the public record. She hasn't given the kind of origin interviews where performers walk through childhood and the decision to enter the industry. What she did was arrive, work steadily, and build a following largely on the strength of a specific type she inhabited consistently — the experienced older woman, which carried a particular charge given that she was already past thirty when she started.
